Accessibility Statement
Woolf Systems is committed to digital accessibility for everyone — including users of assistive technology.
Last updated: April 30, 2026
Our commitment
We design, build, and maintain the StreetReady marketing website to be usable by everyone, regardless of ability or technology. We believe accessibility is a baseline requirement for software that serves the public — and especially for software that serves the agencies who serve the public.
Conformance status
This website is self-assessed as conforming to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard required by Colorado HB21-1110, U.S. Section 508, and most government procurement processes worldwide. "Self-assessed" means our team has reviewed the site against the WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria; we have not engaged a third-party auditor.
Compatibility
This website is designed to work with the latest two versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on desktop and mobile. We test with screen readers including VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), NVDA (Windows), and TalkBack (Android). Keyboard-only navigation is fully supported throughout.
Technical specifications
This site relies on the following web technologies for conformance: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and ARIA. Where JavaScript is required, the page degrades gracefully when JavaScript is unavailable.
Known limitations
We are not aware of any conformance gaps at this time. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us using the information below — we treat accessibility issues with the same priority as security issues.
Feedback
We welcome reports of accessibility issues. Email accessibility@woolf-systems.com and we aim to respond within two business days. If you cannot use email, you may also reach us through the contact form on the home page.
The StreetReady application
This statement covers the marketing website (woolf-systems.com). The StreetReady scheduling application — the product itself — is built to the same WCAG 2.1 AA standard. A Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) is available to government procurement teams on request.
Standards we follow
WCAG 2.1 Level AA (W3C Recommendation, 2018). Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Colorado HB21-1110 (technical standard, applicable to our public-sector customers). ADA Title III (best-effort, where applicable to commercial websites).
